Being professional is the #1 personal responsibility for an educator. Professional teachers take years to learn their craft, therefore it is important they understand how to conduct themselves in the classroom and to society.

Professionality begins with how we make connections with students, fellow teachers/staff, and parents, to foster in meaning and community to the education experience. What educators show to the world should mirror the individual they are on the inside: someone who's character is authentic, respectable, and beneficial.
